Pet Policy: $300 one-time pet fee for the first pet plus $150 for the second pet. $20 monthly pet rent per pet. 2 pet max per apartment. 95 pound weight limit. Aggressive breeds are not allowed, including (but not limited to) rottweiler, American staffordshire terrier, pitbull, german shepherd, doberman pinscher, Belgian shepherd, min-pin, chow, akita, wolf hybrids, dogo argentine, presa canario, cane corso, and tosa inu. Goldfish in a bowl are allowed. If you have an aquarium, please provide a copy of your renter’s insurance policy before installing it. We do not permit snakes, alligators, farm animals, rodents, or other exotic pets. We may allow parakeets, canaries, and cockatiels under certain circumstances with an additional damage deposit and the understanding that you are fully responsible for any damage the birds may cause, and if they become a noise or cleanliness nuisance, we may ask that they be removed from the premises. We reserve the right to meet any pet before they become part of the community, so please ask before bringing any pet home!
